Food | Slow Cooked Short-Ribs with Southwest Pepper Purée
I made this for dinner the other night. It was expletive-deleted awesome and cost me exactly $10.78. Being frugal and being a badass in the kitchen are not mutually exclusive.
- Beef short-ribs, slow cooked in butter, coriander, and black pepper. Quickly seared on the grill before plating.
- Served on cumin scented brown rice with roasted poblano and orange bell pepper purée.
